Solutions
Import the solution files from the installation package for the right CRM version. The connector consists of multiple solutions that need to be installed in the following order:
Solution | Description | Required |
---|---|---|
Crm Connector Dependencies | This solution contains the code library which manages all the logic used in the connector. | ✔️ |
Crm Connector | Contains all entities and user interface components. | ✔️ |
Crm Connector Samples | Contains sample plugins that show how the connector works. | ❌ |
Log in
In order to be able to send data from Dime.Scheduler to CRM, a CRM user account is required. Assign a security role to the user depending on the data that needs to be processed. For example, in case of service scheduling, this user needs to be able to create activity records in CRM.
Also take into account that this user needs full read permissions to all Dime.Scheduler entities. The "DS Planner" role delivered with the CRM solution can be used for this purpose.
